Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

4.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items that are damaged or have missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

4.2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@razorxgames.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4.4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.

4.5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the same process for returns. Once the returned item is received, we will process the new order for your desired item.
